We are excited about our New Riki bonsai pots. They are virtually indestructible and quite attractive, and are designed to look like and serve as traditional bonsai pots or as bonsai training pots.
Riki pots are made using a variant of polyethylene terephthalate which makes them virtually unbreakable and resistant to breakdown due to wear and tear, including cold weather and other natural forces. In short polyethylene terephthalate is the strongest material for bonsai pots we've seen yet.
Equally important is the mesh bottom on each pot, which not only makes for perfect drainage but allows you to easily and quickly wire your trees into the pot.
