[email protected]For best results, please send a high quality picture. The best reference pictures are those where there is a wide range of colours with subtle lights and no missing information (blurry photographs with whites from too much of an exposure would not work too well).
If you need your portrait by a special date, please be sure to let us know when placing your order. Please be aware that due to nature of these pieces timescales vary between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on the time of the year and current queue. There is usually also a possibility of fast track; those orders are a bit more expensive.
All portraits are hand painted and come in a beautiful packaging.
Receipt can be included if requested.
All the plastic that comes with the packaging is biodegradable and eco-friendly.
